Delta Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine was established in April of 2000 and has been a proud member of Millard County and Delta, Utah. We serve the community in our free standing out-patient facility and are also providers for the Delta Community Medical Center and Millard Care and Rehabilitation.

Fillmore Location

Fillmore Physical Therapy was formally established in May of 2007. We have been located in the Intermountain Fillmore Community Medical Center and provide both Out-Patient and In-Patient services. We enjoy a close relationship with the Physicians and Intermountain staff.
