My name is Katy Roper and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist from Kansas City, Missouri. I came to Utah to attend Brigham Young University and earned a Bachelors and Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

When not at work I love cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Utah Jazz!

One thing I love about working for Delta/Fillmore PT is the team camaraderie between all the staff members. Everyone is so willing to help each other out to do what is best for the patients! I love being a Speech-Language Pathologist because I am fascinated by the process of communication and the diversity of the field. It is so rewarding to watch my clients gain confidence and progress in their skills.

The most adventurous thing I’ve ever done was traveling around New Zealand for a month by myself after grad school.
