Occupational Therapy

Howard QuackenbushJared Bailey, OT

My name is Jared Bailey and I’m originally from North Sanpete County (Fountain Green). I married a Delta girl and am excited to begin my professional career serving the people of Millard County.  I have two beautiful three year old twin girls. I chose the field of occupational therapy because I loved the idea of helping people learn to live again and take part in the things they find important after life changing events! I was drawn to Delta Physical Therapy because I am a small town kid and love the sense of community Delta and Fillmore offer. The staff in Delta make me feel valued and that I am a contributing member of a team. I graduated with my Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Mesa Arizona. I have a deep obsession with all things Lord of The Rings and JRR Tolkien! I am a huge nerd at heart and I have a collection of The Lord of The Rings Memorabilia and numerous copies of JRR Tolkien’s books. I love physical fitness, playing guitar, hiking/kayaking and talking sports!

Randy StinsonPatrick Peterson, COTA

My name is Patrick Petersen I am a Occupational Therapy Assistant at Delta/Fillmore Physical Therapy. I choose to work with this amazing team in Delta since I spent the majority of my childhood life here in Delta. Having the opportunity to come back and help the community was a chance I wasn’t going to miss out on! I am a combat veteran with two deployments with the United States Army, and after six years in the military it was time for me to hang up the boots and help my wife Jacee raise our family. We have three boys that are  our whole world! I completed my Associates of Occupational Science at Ameritech in 2019. I enjoy chasing deer and elk, fishing, and just hanging out with my family in my free time.

Scott AllenLucy Segura, COTA

My name is Lucy Segura and I am a COTA. I graduated from Ameritech College of Healthcare in September 2020. I enjoy working at Delta/Fillmore Physical Therapy because of the opportunities it brings to work in many settings with a lot of great individuals. I found occupational therapy while working with youth on the autism spectrum and have loved it since then. I’m a Mario Kart champion, I can balance a water bottle on my head, and can make a cake from a box. Needless to say, I’m the real deal.
